Setting the Elegance comes to Rome at Bistolfi’s
On 24 November Bistolfi hosts Moroso’s Setting the Elegance collection in its 300-sq-m showroom in the courtyard of an elegant early-19th-century building in the heart of Rome.
The Setting the Elegance collection offers a new interpretation of Moroso’s hallmark products – armchairs and sofas designed by the top names in contemporary design – which are reinvented to give a new meaning, an inspiration of beauty and elegance by Moroso, in association with its textile partners Kvadrat and Rubelli.
Marco Viola Studio designed the exhibition space in the time-honoured luxury textiles showroom in Rome. The layout features Patricia Urquiola’s M.a.s.s.a.s. and Love Me Tender sofas together with her Fjord and Bohemian armchairs, Doshi&Levien’s My Beautiful Backside sofa, the elegant Double Zero chairs designed by David Adjaye, Philippe Bestenheider’s Nanook low table (on this occasion, its gold-chromed version) and, lastly, the rugs from the Carpet Reloaded by Golran collection, a Moroso exclusive.
