Loves
London
10.09.2014
[/intense_column]
[intense_column size=”8″ medium_size=”8″ small_size=”8″]To mark the London Design Festival 2014, Moroso has celebrated its love for the city and has revamped its Rosebery Avenue showroom, consolidating the firm’s presence in the English capital. From September 15 to September 30, the space formed the setting for the exhibition ‘Moroso Loves London’.
A talk was moderated by Marcus Fairs, founder of Dezeen, during the exclusive evening of celebrations organised for September 16.
Personalities such as Ron Arad, Ross Lovegrove, Tord Boontje, Doshi & Levien, Martino Gamper, Benjamin Hubert and Raw Edges took part to the event, as designers with whom Moroso has been working for a long time, and who have made London their own base.
The guest of honour for the evening was Patrizia Moroso, the brand’s art director.
The strong bond between Moroso, its designers and the city of London has been illustrated in a series of photographs on display. The pictures, taken in different areas of the city, portrayed the designers together with a product created for the company.
“The concept and graphics for the event were imagined and designed in collaboration with London based design studio SVI Design, with Art Direction by Sasha Vidokavic.” [/intense_column]
